Our 4-on-1 personal training sessions are sports performance inspired and much more personalized than large group training.

Do you like socialization? Semi-private training offers a platform to pursue your fitness goals at a lower cost. Every session is programmed for the benefit of the group, we try and focus on the goals of each person and put together the best plan for that day.
