We specialize in 1-on-1 private training and semi-private small group sessions for up to 4 people. We are not a big-box gym — every session is guided by a certified trainer with no open gym access, so you get focused, professional coaching every time you walk in the door.

Getting started is simple. Email us or fill out the contact form on our website to schedule a free fitness assessment. We'll learn about your goals, current fitness level, and any injuries or limitations, then pair you with the right trainer and session type. There's no commitment required for the first visit.

We offer two main training formats: 1-on-1 private training — starting at $125 per session. Fully personalized programming, immediate feedback, and maximum coach attention. Semi-private training (up to 4 people) — starting at $65 per session. The same expert coaching at a more accessible price point, with the added energy of a small group. Yes — we have a free private garage located directly under our building. Before your first session, we'll provide you with a door code and parking instructions. This is especially helpful given the ongoing construction activity in the Eastlake neighborhood. No need to circle the block or pay for street parking.
