Personal Fitness Training in Seattle for Strength, Fat Loss and Health

Fitness training is structured exercise designed to improve your overall physical condition. A balanced program develops strength, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility, body composition and movement quality.

With a personal fitness trainer, each of these areas is planned, coached and measured, so every session builds on the last. Common goals include fat loss through our weight loss personal training program, building strength through strength and conditioning, and getting back in shape after time off.

Benefits of Working With a Personal Fitness Trainer

  • Coaching for the full hour. The studio runs training sessions only, so there are no crowds and no waiting for equipment.
  • Proper technique from the start. Your coach teaches and adjusts every lift.
  • Measurable progress. The ShapeScale 3D body scanner tracks body fat percentage, lean mass and circumference, which a standard scale cannot show. For speed, power and agility we use laser timers and measuring devices that give real-world data on your progress.
  • A plan that fits your week. Programs are built around the number of days you can realistically train.

How Much Does Fitness Training Cost in Seattle?

1-on-1 personal training costs $106 to $125 per session, partner training costs $77 to $85 per session, and semi-private training for up to four people costs $55 to $67 per person per session, depending on package size. Memberships can be cancelled anytime with no long-term contracts or cancellation fees, and 10-session packs are also available. See personal training pricing.
