Personalized Strength and Conditioning Training in Seattle
Strength and conditioning is a structured training method with two goals. Strength training increases how much force your muscles can produce. Conditioning improves how long and how often you can produce that force before fatigue sets in.
Competitive athletes rely on this model, and the same principles help working professionals, active adults and complete beginners who want to lift more, move better and feel more capable day to day. Younger athletes can start with youth athlete training, and clients who have finished physical therapy can rebuild through injury rehabilitation training first.
How Strength and Conditioning Programs Work in Seattle
-
Step 01
Assess
A 60-minute session with a movement screen, strength benchmarks and a 3D body scan.
-
Step 02
Program
Your coach writes a plan from those results, with planned progressions in load and volume.
-
Step 03
Train
Each 60-minute session covers movement preparation, primary strength lifts, power work such as plyometrics and Olympic lift variations, and conditioning matched to your goal.
-
Step 04
Measure and adjust
OVR tracks bar velocity and jump height, and every session is logged in an app, so your next program is written from what you actually completed.
