Injury Rehabilitation Training in Seattle

Physical therapy gets you to pain-free. This gets you back to performing.

Post-rehabilitation and corrective exercise coaching, working from your physical therapist’s discharge recommendations. Usually trained 1-on-1, and always starting with a movement screen.

What this is, precisely. Injury rehabilitation training at Eastlake Performance is post-rehabilitation and corrective exercise coaching. It is not physical therapy and does not replace medical care. Our coaches are strength and conditioning coaches, not licensed medical providers, and they work from your physical therapist’s discharge recommendations rather than in place of them.

Injury Rehabilitation Training That Bridges the Gap to Full Performance

Physical therapy gets you to pain-free. Eastlake Performance gets you back to performing. Most clients who complete physical therapy in Seattle still lack the strength, power, and movement quality needed to safely return to training, sports, or the physical demands of daily life. Injury rehabilitation training at Eastlake Performance fills that gap with progressive, personalized programming led by experienced coaches who understand how tissue heals and how performance is rebuilt.

Coaches at Eastlake Performance collaborate with your physical therapist’s discharge recommendations to ensure continuity of care. Every program respects your current limitations while systematically adding load, complexity, and intensity at a pace that keeps your body progressing without regression.

Assess → Rebuild → Load → Return

Every program adds load, complexity and intensity at a pace that keeps you progressing without regression.

  1. Phase 01

    Assess

A movement screen identifies compensations, asymmetries and limitations, read alongside your physical therapist’s discharge notes. Nothing is loaded until the coach understands what the injured area currently tolerates.

  2. Phase 02

    Rebuild

Tissue tolerance work first. You are taught movement patterns that protect the injured area while building the musculature around it, at ranges and loads the tissue is ready for.

  3. Phase 03

    Load

Strength building proper. Load, complexity and intensity increase systematically, with the program respecting your current limitations rather than the timeline you would prefer.

  4. Phase 04

    Return

Functional performance training, with conditioning progressively reintroduced so that returning to sport does not cause a setback. The goal is not just recovery — it is coming back more resilient than before the injury.
